We've made this blend from from naturally gluten free ingredients, this flour is used as an alternative to traditional wheat flour to make gluten-free breads.

This flour is designed to make gluten-free pizza crusts and pita breads
Gluten-free breads are different from making breads with gluten (the wheat family's breads), and with some practice, you will improve your skills.

We do not provide instructions on how to use this flour on our website or packaging, and this product is for those who have joined our gluten-free baking classes.

Ingredients: Corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibers (psyllium, inulin), thickeners: guar, E464; flavorings.
It may contain nuts (almonds) and mustard.

What is E464?
E464 is a food additive, also known as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). It is a modified cellulose compound that is commonly used as a thickener, stabilizer, emulsifier, and gelling agent in various food products.

E464 is derived from plant sources, typically wood pulp or cotton, and it is considered safe for consumption. It is a white, odorless powder that can be dissolved in water to form a gel-like substance.

In food production, E464 is commonly used in a wide range of products, including baked goods, dairy products, sauces, desserts, and processed meats. It helps improve texture, increase viscosity, and enhance the overall quality and stability of food products.
