Italians are famous for their love and passion of food. When is comes to pasta, there is a long history and it’s connected deep down in the Italian culture. Today, you can eat pasta anywhere in the world and it is especially loved by children.
However there is one issue that we face – Gluten.
In this class we want to share our gluten-free and vegan cooking knowledge and combine it with some tasty pasta dishes and healthy raw sauces.
Enjoy an Italian Mamma’s traditional pasta dishes with a healthy twist.
